The staff and subject matter experts for The Center for Creative Management (CFCM) employ their knowledge of the workings of organizations, organizational culture, and development to help CEO's and/or their employees' develop both long- and short-term plans.  While most everyone is talking about doing this and some even write it down, CFCM ensures that these plans are actionable and the goals are met by the stated deadlines (or revised if necessary).  CFCM has accomplished this through needs assessments, executive coaching, working retreats, team building, training, evaluation, and extensive follow-up.
